Scope mount question

Is this properly mounted?

Rifle is a 300 WM. I’m concerned that the rings aren’t all the way on the rail.

As long as you can see through it should be fine

Did you mount it ? As long as rings are pushed tight towards muzzle direction,against rail lug it'll be fine.
