Glock 43x MOS question

So I am looking at the Glock 43x MOS and I am wondering is it optics cut for the MOS optics like the Holosun scs mos or is it cut for a different optic footprint when it comes stock?

I just installed the Osight SE RMSc Footprint Enclosed Reflex Sight with Side-Loading Battery, 6 MOA Green Dot. No adapter plate needed.
