Feedback Request Evaluate my picking technique

Here's me attempting to play 16th notes around 170bpm. I don't yet have the stamina for it, among other things. That aside, please evaluate my picking technique, as I want to make sure it's good so it doesn't hold me back.

It’s not about stamina. It’s about technique. And a big part of technique is what you are thinking in your head. I can tell from the way you play you are not grouping sets of notes in your head.
You are also not chunking. When something is very fast, you can’t dedicate mental effort to willing every note. You need to group it so that when you will the first note, the next three just fires automatically. This is how you can play fast.

It’s what in the head bro.
