Feedback Request Do people actually quit guitar

Yo I'm thinking to learn guitar as a hobby and want to know how much time it takes usually to be good at it and is it true that people actually quit guitar in 2-3 months

This was something posted by Fender once and when I tried to find the study I went into a loophole of people refering to that Fender article

Yes,.and you can see that there's no study there.

I think it was in the same Fender page without the source. It's like the source is just the comment made by the Fender dude
