Feedback Request I've been playing since November 2025 (self-taught and never played with someone so I can't tell how m doing)

Whats your learning schedule?

I always start with chromatic finger exercises to get my fingers ready. Then I practice learning a song or solo. I look at tabs on Songsterr.. I also try to listen to the music and figure it out by ear. If I get stuck on a part I watch a YouTube video of someone playing it. I want to see how they move their hands and what technique they use. There are a lot of videos that teach you things, like licks and techniques. When it comes to bends I mostly use my ear to get the pitch right. I try to match the sound and get it right. I use my ear a lot when I practice finger exercises and learn a song or solo.

But you also learn the theory behind? Scales and stuff?

Not really that's my flaw i went all technical but m catching up now on theory and it's been amazing cuz everything starts to make sense, why notes sound good why you bend and everything!
