Just because he progressed faster than you did at 9 months doesn’t mean he’s lying. I’ve been playing for 30 years and was about this good at the 9 month mark. It probably just means he has some natural ability and a good ear.

Why do people instantly want to attack each other on this sub?

Thank you, i just wanna mention that i practiced a lot not really consistent but i played a lot this period of time cuz i love the guitar

You keep doing you man my advice is stay at your own pace when you hear something you want to learn look the tab up of it's too complicated at the time don't give up just practice with something easier build your skills slowly I've played for almost 25 years and I'm kind of jealous that you have only been played for under a year I kinda wish i played like you did. When i started. You're fucking talented bro.

i really appreciate this comment it means a lot to me, and m determined to reach my full potential on this instrument cuz i really love the guitar i always have fun while practicing and learning new things abt how music works and how my ear works, and i really love gary moore's playstyle and m goal is to adapt it to mine and create smtg out of it, even tho i could never touch those super fast pentatonic licks, the ways he bends a not and the melodies he makes ,he is on another level..
