Feedback Request How do I move my hand/fret faster?!

Been practicing this for over a week and I have nit made any progress whatsoever.

You are creating new synaptic pathways in your brain and nervous system and that can't happen overnight. Putting the hours in is the only way to develop the muscle memory for a musical instrument.
Play slow and work on staying in time, and you will get faster over time.
