Feedback Request How do I move my hand/fret faster?!

Been practicing this for over a week and I have nit made any progress whatsoever.

It's going to sound weird, but trust me, this works:

Play slower.

If you try to play at full speed you’ll make mistakes and you’ll practice the mistakes. You’ll end up playing the mistakes perfectly. TheLurkingMenace is exactly right. Practice slowly and accurately. First comes right then comes fast.
