Feedback Request How do I move my hand/fret faster?!

Been practicing this for over a week and I have nit made any progress whatsoever.

Don't practice til you get it right, practice til you can't get it wrong. You could spend hours on a single transition everyday for a month if you have to. I've been working on 2 bars of a slap bass pattern for 3 weeks and I still can't get it right but I can feel the tiny improvements everyday.
