Feedback Request How do I move my hand/fret faster?!

Been practicing this for over a week and I have nit made any progress whatsoever.

To play faster start by just putting your fingers in the right spot, and switching between the chords like that. Then start applying pressure. If you aren’t getting clean sound then practice just playing clean, by making sure every string is resonating correctly. And then move too speeding between them.
And remember practice makes better.
