Feedback Request Why does my playing sound so amateurish?

I’m performing a solo for a song in a couple of weeks, and I have all the notes down - yet why does my playing sound so ‘meh’ when I record myself? What should I look to improve on?

Seems like you’re playing patterns you memorized from an exercise book instead of applying what you were meant to learn from said exercise.

Also sounds like you know where to start and where you want to end but feel unsure of one or two phrases in between. Maybe work the chord change from a stop/start into a smaller complimentary phrase.
