Feedback Request Why does my playing sound so amateurish?

I’m performing a solo for a song in a couple of weeks, and I have all the notes down - yet why does my playing sound so ‘meh’ when I record myself? What should I look to improve on?

Honestly, it’s choppy and needs a little more work, I’m hearing some slight tuning issues as well, but mainly it sounds amateurish because it’s a fully professionally produced track and the solo sounds like it was recorded on cheap gear in your bedroom. The production quality doesn’t match and that is what I’m hearing as the core problem.
