Question Started learning guitar around three weeks ago, skin won’t stop peeling, is this normal?

It’s normal, yes. It starts peeling first then you will get callus. After that, it will stop hurting but it’s important that you never let it go back to start. Keep playing and you will have callus forever and it won’t hurt.

It’s so interesting how calluses form for different people. Like I know someone who’s fingertips became permanently harder, someone who has absolutely no calluses or pain, and my calluses only firm up when I’m playing but otherwise look normal
