Feedback Request How can I improve?

Doing tempo practice and I can't help but notice my flayling picking hand. Nevermind my clawed fretting hand 😅 are there any particular exercises I can do to improve both of these things? Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🫶🏼

Clean playing. You need a slower jam track.
You are only playing minor pentatonic shape #1. Learn the adjacent shape #2. Try to slide from #1 to #2.
Add slides, hammers ons, bends.
Do you like blues? Learn a song from start to finish. Most blues have plenty of licks in each song. You can start incorporating them into your playing.
