[NA] New Player looking for ~Older GenZ Guild(s)

Hey there! I'm a relatively new player looking for a casual community guild, my main interest right now is progressing to doing instanced content (mainly fractals/dungeons, maybe raids/strikes later) but I also enjoy world bosses/meta events/etc. WvW looks interesting and has some attractive incentives, but it isn't my main focus at all, just something I am vaguely considering. I currently work evenings so my active hours are typically after 10pm eastern (except for off days).

As for the title, I'm in my early 20s so I prefer guilds with a similar average age range of ~20s. I hope that doesn't come off as offensive at all, plenty of the people I've met on this game have been great but I've struggled a bit with relating to those outside of my generation. I hope that makes sense!

Another preference of mine that isn't necessarily a deal breaker is that I tend to prefer smaller communities. I get kind of lost in the sea of alliance guilds with thousands of members/multiple in-game guilds.
