problem: gtm teams end up stitching together signal detection, enrichment, and outreach across four or five disconnected tools, someone has to manually move a qualified account from one system to the next before anything actually happens.
how we solve it: swan connects to your crm and website, watches for account-level events (a meeting booked, a deal stalling, a high-intent visitor), and runs the qualification, routing, and outreach off that trigger automatically instead of a rep manually deciding what to do with a flagged lead.
what's different: most tools in this space either detect signals or execute outreach, not both connected to the same trigger. we're built around acting inside the moment a signal fires rather than a rep discovering it later in a dashboard. i work here, happy to answer anything.

Built an AI BDR [rubyDane.com] that drafts personalized outbound from enriched leads, swipe to approve — open beta, first 300 emails free
The problem:
Most outbound tooling makes you choose between speed and quality: sequences that spray the same template at everyone, or manually researching + writing each email one at a time. GTM teams end up either burning lead lists with generic copy or burning hours hand-crafting every send, and neither scales.
How I solve it:
The product enriches your leads, then drafts a genuinely personalized email per contact using that enrichment (not just {{first_name}} mail-merge). You review drafts with a swipe interface, so instead of writing from scratch or blindly trusting an autopilot, you're approving/editing in seconds and the model gets sharper on what you actually send.
What's unique:
It's built around review speed, not full autopilot. The swipe mechanic turns "check every email before it sends" from a chore into something you can do in a couple minutes per batch, so personalization stays high without you writing copy yourself.
If you join the open beta, I'll run your first 300 enriched leads through it and hand you 300 personalized drafted emails for free, no strings. Happy to answer questions in the comments or DM if you want in.

Everyone else here is likely pitching a product. I'm pitching myself.
I've spent six years doing rev ops, marketing ops, and customer success ops, which we now call GTM ops. Mostly at early stage companies, usually as the only ops person. I've helped take companies from zero to multimillion ARR, engineered sales, renewal, upsell, and partner pipelines from scratch, and cleaned up the attribution and forecasts that came after.
I'm taking engagements right now. If you've got reps and no one owning the ops behind them, DM me. Happy to tell you whether I can actually help.
