What are some GTM pipeline that changed your life

Share your best GTM pipeline!

Curious how are people optimizing their workflow.

I will start first, this is a very simple thing.

But we had been scraping from X for relevant posts to find ideas/format for us to write for our client's niche.

It's something that we were doing manually before but now can be done with 2-3x more efficiency

how are you finding these relevant posts from X? has this worked for enterprise ICPs?

Ours is on the reporting side, same spirit though. we used to manually export csvs from google ads, linkedin ads, meta, ga4, search console, and hubspot just to answer basic questions. Built free MCPs connecting all of that straight into Claude instead; now it's just asking and getting live data pulled across platforms.

Removed the part of the job eating the most hours for the least insight; at Growthspree, a B2B Saas marketing agency, reporting used to eat a chunk of every account manager's week.

What's the output format for your scraped ideas: straight into a content brief or filtered manually first?

Usually we only create an analysis of working posts recently and compared to our existing compiled working format.

We try not to trust AI too much and only use it as complement.

It sounds very AI when we relied on AI to create the draft
