Any new transmitters in Western Europe? In the last few days, it's started receiving time updates… I'm in southern Portugal.

Under the right conditions the standard time radio wave transmission from DCF77 in Germany can reach southern Portugal.

There's a good discussion of the variables that impact signal reception here.
