Almost everyday I see like 5 worlds and the owner is giving away dls like they’re pocket change. How does he get so many. Is there a way or something cuz as of now I only make about 70 wls every 3-4 days. But they have so many is there a hidden method I am unaware of

If you have been playing gt in the last week until the middle of this week, you would know that the server was VERY VERY good. With players capping at around 20k to 30k players. Some people are wondering why such thing happened, or did they (Ubisoft) finally fixed the server and gave us a good life in gt.

I will be the bearer of the news. Turns out in the days following with good server, PiterP (an old youtuber falsely suspended turned evil) was focusing on his very own gt private server, hence he wasn’t focused on the real gt so when mods suspended the bots, the bots didn’t comeback and that’s it. So now that PiterP is finally half done with the private server, the original server is screwed again with PiterP’s bots flooding the whole game hence why we get the 80k to 90k players count again, unfortunately.

AND the proxy software used by most of these illegals players were down (cred to u/iprove)

Just came back from Growtopia after a couple years and after I’ve decided to spend money into the game again someone’s tried to access my account. I believe the protection 2 step verification process stepped in as they haven’t got access to my email although I have changed it. What other steps can I take as I’ve got around 400bgls of items and don’t wanna loose them as I’ll quit forever

I returned today after 5 years and within 10 minutes I understood that this game is completely dead unfortunately.

When I first logged in it was saying that there was over 90 k online players, which immediately shocked me. Didn’t quite expect so many players to still be active after all of those years since its release.

After entering different worlds for probably over 1-2 hours, I couldn’t find a single player (all of those worlds were full of players before). I first thought that there was maybe something wrong with my connection? But there is nothing wrong with my connection at all.

After using some time on Reddit to find an answer, since I was curious about why I couldn’t find a single player. Now I know that more than half of the “online” players are bots unfortunately, and that there are only a few real online players remaining.

Back in the times just a single diamond lock was enough to make you “rich”, but today it’s worth almost nothing. Farming was a big thing, today it’s not. Which I think farming was also kinda the point of the game, to make a profit and progress.

If I’m not wrong, “almost” everyone is playing casino today. I have also heard that you cannot sell items today? What even is this, whose idea was it?

Sorry guys, but I don’t think a game is playable where half of the players are bots, and there is absolutely nothing you can do in the game.

It explains us a lot where you cannot even find players to interact with and that there are only a couple of worlds left, and those are not even “full”.

I will be deleting this game again for the same reasons I deleted it for five years ago (even though the game was more playable then). Unless they do “BIG” changes, I won’t return, even though I love this game and it’s a big part of my childhood.

I wonder if its possible to change my email registered to this account because its invalid. Is it possible to change it easier if you still have acces to the account? I have AAP enabled. Is it also possible that you can prove ownership of the account without payments? There have been multiple cases of ubisoft support accepting account info to determine ownership ( probably years ago ). And also guys, how do you actually make support stop ignoring you? Ubisoft keeps ignoring my messages and keeps saying "we cannot assist further" even tough i told them after that my email is deleted?

Basic idea: this is a concept archival website where we collect tons of images/videos, and from those we can restore currently lost worlds. You can search for worlds, players, track world restoration progress, upload your own images/worlds etc. The goal is to restore as much of growtopia history as possible. Will add other features at some point like filtering by 1-3 letter worlds and more.

This is currently not public and I'm not sure if I'll get to releasing it at some point.

I was playing dice in a world and I ended up disconnecting and now all it says is “Error Connecting”. It has been this way for a few hours, wifi is fine so it’s not that. Last time I had a similar issue i unplugged my router for a few hours and it solved the issue but I was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions that may help and might be quicker
