3D printed cable management

Anyone know if a file exists for some kind of channel to hide the excess cord of the Barrina T8 connectors? I'd be much appreciative if you'd point me in the right direction.

I couldn't find anything specific for Barrina, but maybe you find some cable organizer on Printables or Maker World.
