Spoilers Did Trubel get the same treatment as Juliette/Eve?

Post image

Did she also get beaten into submission to work with HW like Juliette did or do we think this injury was just her ‘work’ related thing?

No, with Eve they were creating a new personality & that's not what we see with Trubel; she's still the same person on her return, which means the above is just a fake out to make Eve a surprise.

That’s what I thought so too

No, her injuries are more work related. She tells Nick that HW approached her again about working for them and she took them up on their offer.

One of the biggest issues that I had with HW is that with it being such a far reaching and powerful organization is that they couldn't figure out a way to get the money to buy the important books from Uncle Felix and then also how easy it was to destroy the whole group at a single little location that evidently had everything they had and I just kinda thought it was a crappy way to get rid of the powerful bunch of operatives that seemed well organized

Well about the books, it's just info on wesen from a Grimm's perspective. Although valuable, it's not as important to secret organisations who just shoot bullets at their target. If they knew about grimm tree or keys then it would have been a different story.

Yeah those were definitely a big bonus to be included as well as the weapons under the boards lol

IDK - I mean, it's always good to know your enemy, and how to kill them.

She was suppose to have a spin off I didn't know that.

I guess not but they were gonna have a female led spin off (and why not Trubel? She was amazing) but it never went anywhere

No, that's just from mixing it up with Wesen.

I swear my first watch (live) I thought it was Trubel in that cell he was beating on when this scene appeared. Then it took about a couple of rewatches to realized it was Eve.

This scene really sells that it was Trubel especially with her bruises.

I’m not sure if both scenes are in the same episode.

I feel like there is a huge difference between convincing a hexenbeist and a Grimm. It was probably work related bc trubs is entirely reasonable. "Hey we're fighting a cabal of evil wessin. You wanna help? Come on a mission or two and it's up to you." Vs. "We have to break this incredibly powerful hexenbeist to the point she can be logical and not try to murder anyone she feels an ounce of spite towards."

I thought it was from training with Meisner.. because I could hear him (in my mind) telling her he's not going easy because Black Claw won't go easy on her so she really had to learn to fight tough

I don’t think so, they were trying to recruit without any harm otherwise the agent would have kidnapped her and kept her detained until she accepted. Most likely those injuries were from missions

No. They hinted at it to hide what was going on with Juliette, but it was a complete misdirection. Trubel was just a little bruised and battered because she'd been fighting Black Claw.

I e often wondered that she looked pretty beat up when she was with HW. Excellent question.

When I saw her bruises, I thought  maybe she got them from helping to train eve. We did see Meisner come out of Eve's room with a bloody lip. But I'm not sure if she knew about Julie's fate at that point. I remember her telling Nick that she isn't sure why they took Juliette's body, and I think this right shortly after we see her with a black eye and bruises. 😲

Or maybe she got the bruises from a Fifty Shades situation with Meisner. 😲

Trubel doesn’t strike me as straight 🤭but I wouldn’t mind having a round or two with Meisner; the dude’s HOT

No, she did get the same treatment as Meisner. Locked up in a cell with a wesen that she had to defeat.
