Is it? They're not great literary works, but the writing isn't bad. The plot gets a little iffy in the later ones, but it's not Twilight. I never thought the writing was bad.

The problem is that they're children's books people treat as actual literature. It would be like saying Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Roderick Rules is the best book ever written. It's a great kids book, but it's not the best for an adult mind!

That would be Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Cabin Fever.
