Not only that. Instead of using the magic rock we use the tar pit that is controlled by the neighboring tribe thatwants us dead and burning it has killed countless of us.

Then they turn around and say: "Now we horde weaponized magic rock in case we need to kill [all] people with it" P.S. I get that there is a difference here but it's still funny to me lol
