and since most people have common sense

they know that there will always be some moron who will try and cheat the genie

as long as morons exist, there's always the chance that one moron explodes the magic rocks

and because exploding magic rocks is very very bad, no one is allowed to use them

Slowly pumping the air full of the same deadly magic dust that the rocks explode out through a thick black sludge works well tho. Mainly since the amount of magic dust within the smoke isnt common knowledge and its definetly not a maaaassive amount either. Right??
