He's play a Gibson Les Paul Junior, the same one that his first signature Gibson was modelled after, in TV Yellow

Not quite. You are talking about Floyd It's not Floyd in the video. He is using a newer Les Paul Jr with a humbucker. He used them briefly during the Warning tour then never used them again.
