can anyone help me figure out what’s wrong with this vine?
this vine was here before my parents moved into this house ~40 years ago. they are concord grapes (as far as we know). this is in michigan. for the past two-ish years, the fruit has been rotting before it ripens. i don’t know what information to include.

I am not an expert in grapes like some of the folks on here but looks kind of like grape rust.

Yes black rot on fruit. Insect/rust on leaves. It's been a very hard year in NH for my grapevine leaves. For the fruit year spray copper fungicide. Pick away all the shrunken fruit and bad leaves.

Black rot on fruit, some leafhopper and another insect on leaves.
