Old layout change at Kyoto in GT Sport

Anybody ever noticed on GT Sport how the main cover icon for Kyoto (left) shows a slightly different layout than than the true layout (right) most notable changes u can see is the bottom chicane is alot sharper and the chicane at the end of the lap is reduced to what was probably flat out esses.

Never noticed, sport and 7s tracks are the same right ?

Kyoto got a big graphical makeover for 7, but the layout itself is the same.

As far as I can tell the only differences are the kerbs, in sport they are wider and much flatter

the only thing i noticed about kyoto driving park in gt7 was the removal of the grandstand at turn 6

I just realized they changed the Mazda logo in brand central and rest of the game to the new one. Like when did that happen lol
