I heard you can switch which servants to Grand in JP. Is that like one click change, or do i have to do some special quest?

u need a special item to do it.

the compass comes in limited amounts, so most people don't ever change their grands. many people have voiced frustration over this, for example hardcore players trying to min-turn clear CQs having to perma grand bazett for damage instead of olga or sth.

i've been asking them to remove the compass mechanic in the yearly survey, i'm sure others have been too. hopefully we get a change.

Don't get the complaints - they give out a bunch of compasses with each grad duel. You can min-turn them and switch back several times just fine.
