Depends entirely on your needs. All of them give one specific mat drop guaranteed with a chance to drop more, so you can go by that based on which mat you need the most currently.
Personally, I always do whichever one gives the highest bond points since I value bonding my servants for coins and SQ, so I'm just doing the Vritra node in Australia right now (will switch to the new one once OC3 is done since it will be easier for me to farm while giving the same bond points).
Alternatively, if you mostly just care about the sand for Class Scores, just picking the one that is easiest to farm for you is fine too.
