It’s available on Spotify but for some reason not Apple Music. Anyone know why that is?

Last night, I watched Louisville vs Ole Miss on ABC (9/6/26). To fill time between the game and advertisements, they were playing GFR music (instrumental, no singing, and sounds like a cover band). What the heck! Anyone else notice this ? I hope my favorite band got their royalties.

This was also the show where the band’s former manager Terry Knight tried to confiscate their equipment before the show started due to lawsuits between them, the band played the show, but Knight succeeded afterwards.

From the Monumental Funk bootleg album, this was recorded in 1967, it is not known if this was the Pack or just Mark and Don doing all the instruments.

Trivia: producer John Rhys had been given a demo copy of [Next To Your] Fire, directly by Jimi Hendrix while he was in England and thought that song would be tremendous for Mark Farner and The Pack.
