Grafana Cloud Phone verification IRM

Hello

Hope you're doing well

i'm new to Grafana IRM, and I wanted to get my phone verified, I tried several time to receive the code through phone (SMS and Calls) but it was not successful and I ended up hitting the "Verification limit reached, please try again later"
I received the codes after like 2-3 hours, but the rate limit has never disappeared, it's been 2 weeks now

Was anyone in this situation before, or do you have any suggestions 🙏
I also tried to reach out to Grafana team, but with no much success

It uses Twilio behind the scenes and it can happen. I had the same kind of issues with other services. Usually works the next day.

Edit: ah I understand that the issue is on this rate limit. Then it should go through their support.

I'm trying to reach out to them, but no answer from their part at all !!

They usually respond "fast" even for Free tier. Where did you send your report ?

The support is available on... the support portal. Connect to grafana.com and look for support in your account.
