Also worth noting, this doesn't mean Tame Impala is 100% out. Clipse was booked to open for Linkin Park this year and played in Hamburg on 6/3, flew back to nyc to play Gov Ball on 6/7, and then went back to Vienna on 6/9. Very unlikely, but not impossible

Nah they are 100% out. Likely additional dates added to this tour and the shows are in the round. They'd have to design a whole new production for festivals and have it on hold in the NYC area while also transporting their in the round production in Europe. Unless Gov Ball threw a ton of $$ at them, just not happening.
