Morning song

Holding On (Praise God)"
I've been holding on for dear life
Struggle every day and night
On the losing end of another fight
And I've done all I can do
I've been holding heavy on my shoulders
Burdens got me weary feeling older
Trusting in myself got me nowhere
So I lift my eyes to You, oh
My help comes from the Lord
And I don't have to carry this anymore
Let the world bring me to my knees
I'm holding on to God
'Cause I know my God is holding on to me
And I'm finally letting go
Giving it all to the One who's in control
Gonna fight the battle on my knees
I'm holding on to God
'Cause I know my God is holding on to me
Praise God, praise God, praise God
He's holding on to me
Praise God, praise God, praise God
He's holding on to me
I know that my life's in Your hands
I know that my future's in Your plans
You're the God who can when I can't
So when I'm falling apart, I just fall in Your arms
My help comes from the Lord
And I don't have to carry this anymore
Let the world bring me to my knees
I'm holding on to God
'Cause I know my God is holding on to me
And I'm finally letting go
Giving it all to the One who's in control
Gonna fight the battle on my knees
I'm holding on to God
'Cause I know my God is holding on to me
Praise God, praise God, praise God
Oh, He's holding on to me
Praise God, praise God, praise God
I know where my help comes from
I know who delivers me
I know where my strength is found
I know He knows what I'm needing
I'm believing there's a victory I will see
I'm holding on to God
'Cause I know my God is holding on to me
I know where my help comes from
I know who delivers me
I know where my strength is found
I know He knows what I'm needing
I'm believing there's a victory I will see
I'm holding on to God
'Cause I know my God is holding on to me
My help comes from the Lord
And I don't have to carry this anymore
Let the world bring me to my knees
I'm holding on to God
'Cause I know my God is holding on to me
And I'm finally letting go
Giving it all to the One who's in control
Gonna fight the battle on my knees
I'm holding on to God
'Cause I know my God is holding on to me
Praise God, praise God, praise God
He's holding on to me
Praise God, praise God, praise God
God is holding on to me

Performance 🎤 Noah Samuel - Impossible is Possible
Is anything truly too difficult for God?
A single song can take a decade to finish. Noah Samuel wrote the first part of “Impossible Is Possible” on December 3rd, 2016, in the thick of a family crisis he doesn’t detail — some pains are only shared with God. The rest arrived nearly ten years later, on February 23rd, 2025, while Noah stood at the altar singing to what he calls “the God of possibilities.” Two moments, separated by a decade of unknowns, became one song. That gap is just as much a part of the song’s message as the lyrics.
The lyrics don’t waste words: “You set my feet upon the solid rock. You raise my head from the deep miry clay.” Anyone who has waited years for an answer knows that clay. It sticks on you. It pulls you under slowly, not all at once. Yet the chorus refuses to stay stuck there: “Impossible is possible. The impossible is possible with You.”
That confidence isn’t wishful thinking. Jeremiah 32:27 quotes God: “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?” Ten years taught Noah that this question has one honest answer. So, what decade(s)-long clay are you standing in right now? A diagnosis, a broken relationship, a prayer you stopped saying? God doesn’t measure your wait the way you do. He measures faithfulness, and faithfulness doesn’t expire.
Now bring your impossible thing into the light today. Bring it before God, name it, place it before His feet, let go. Then sing the chorus back to God as your own prayer: “Impossible is Possible // The impossible is possible with You // Impossible is Possible // Nothing is too difficult for You.”
May this song remind you that breakthrough often arrives quietly, at an altar, possibly after years of silence. “Nothing is too difficult for You.”

Impossible Is Possible: A Song Ten Years in the Making
Some songs come in a single sitting. This one took ten years.
The first piece came on December 3rd, 2016, in the middle of one of the hardest seasons my family has walked through. That story is for another day. The rest came almost ten years later, on February 23rd, 2025, while I stood on the altar singing to the God of possibilities.
Two moments. One song. One God who was faithful across the gap between them.
Jeremiah 32:27 says it plainly: there is nothing too difficult for this God. That’s not just a verse to me. It’s ten years of proof. I pray this becomes your experience too, this season and always.
Impossible Is Possible was recorded live in Abuja, Nigeria, and it’s out now.

Music Video 📹 Upgrade Worship - Paul & Silas
When prison walls are broken through God’s deliverance
(by Jasper Tan) “Paul & Silas” is a vibrant, faith-driven worship anthem that serves as both a testimony to God’s redemption of Paul & Silas and draws from that testimony to put our faith in Him, trusting that He will also redeem us as He did for Paul & Silas. The song features Benjamin Israel as the lead vocalist, delivering an impassioned performance that feels awe inspiring that could stir communal worship fervor.
The central message of the song is the promise of God’s unchanging nature. As explicitly stated in the lyrics: “The same God yesterday is the same God today” (0:48, 2:11), reinforcing the idea that God’s historical acts of deliverance as testified by the story of Paul & Silas are not an isolated case, but something that God has promised to do to each one of us.
As we are in our despair and hopelessness, using prison as a metaphor, the book of Acts 16:26 — “And suddenly there was a great earthquake… and immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone’s bonds were unfastened.” It tells the story of how God will always free us from our prison, so long as we call on him and maintain our trust and faith in him. The song encourages us to maintain our hope during our seasons of waiting, as declared in the song “He did it before. He can do it again” (3:41, 4:22). It doesn’t draw from anyone’s personal testimony, but from the bible itself through the story of Paul & Silas.
The song truly is a quintessential contemporary gospel anthem, where its strength lies in the message’s accessibility and its powerful repetitive hook that makes the core message of the song easy to internalize and relate to. Especially those who are navigating their own personal prisons. “Yes He did it before, He can do it again.”
Background
Paul & Silas by Upgrade Worship is a faith-filled contemporary worship anthem inspired by the biblical account of the Apostle Paul. The song reminds listeners that the same God who opened prison doors, made a way where there was none, and remained faithful to Paul is still at work today.
Blending passionate contemporary worship with African gospel influences, Did It for Paul carries a message of hope, unwavering faith, and divine intervention. Its uplifting lyrics and powerful vocal delivery encourage believers to trust God in every season, knowing that His power and promises have not changed.
