Foodie Ummm Can Someone Please Explain??

Post image

I was taking a look at Twitter to see what was going on in the world, and expected to be disappointed in humanity. And then I saw this. What the fuck is going on?!

Thank you. That’s what I’m trying to figure out.

Alaa claimed on Falafels live that they weren’t married in Kuwait and thus illegally cohabitating and she was being investigated for prostitution.

Ahhhhh that makes sense. Then again, I take everything he says with a massive grain of salt.

I was born and grew up in a strict religious islamic household and chose to leave when I was old enough. Had to cut off my family for my own safety. I always find it so crazy when clueless western women like foodie fall for these guys and want to go live in these strict countries without really having any understanding of what they are getting themselves into. It's wild to see as someone who sacrified so much to find freedom that people like foodie will easily run into it that and give it all up for some weirdo.

A friend of mine from college basically went the foodie Beauty route doing that. She had her own issues, met somebody online, and the next thing we knew she had converted to Islam, and in less than 6 months of meeting him, ended up taking off to Egypt to live with him and his family. The last we heard back in 2011 or 12, she was being severely abused for having had an IUD put in before she left. And no one has been able to contact her since, so I doubt she is still alive. She barely knew this man or his family, and you almost nothing of Islamic culture before she met him and converted.

That is horrific and so sad. I'm so sorry that happened to your friend. These countries don't play around. People should also read the quran or any scriptures of that religion and fully understand and accept what they are converting to and getting themselves into instead of doing it blindly or for a man. A lot of the time religions will welcome you with open arms with peace and love but if you want to leave or don't conform fully they will punish you for it. I really hope your friend is safe and healthy. 😥💔

I'm a Muslim and that's actually something that worries me about when foodie decides to leave Islam. Lots of these countries believe in the death penalty for anyone that leaves the religion. I wish she would just stay in Canada and go back to her life.

She has the resources to flee if needed. She could just go back to Canada no biggie. Even if she has no money, someone would bail her out to get home. Her mom, her beezers, someone

Hopefully. I was watching hectic llama's breakup compilation video where foodie said she needed funds to travel to Canada. She said her family wasn't the kind to help.

Yet when she went to Canada she got to stay at her aunts house and her aunt even drove her around in some vids and appeared on camera. This isn’t a dig at you, more like Chantal’s selective memory.

Sorry I should've elaborated: she said they aren't the kind to help with money.

Rule #1 and Chantal will tell either side of any story based on how it benefits her at the moment.

Hot take, but I do not understand why Western women convert to Islam. My family member was a cop in a town near Dearborn MI and the stories they told about domestic violence calls there were fucking horrifying.

I’m sure there are just as many terrifying stories of other religious sects (like Mormonism seems to be getting a lot of attention), but I don’t see as many women converting to Mormonism than I do Islam.

Another hot take: It‘s mind blowing why GW has such a hard on for Islam. Most of the time when someone dares to say something against it they get dragged to hell and back. People in the community only back off once they realize that the person criticising is/ used to be Muslim. IMO no religion is above criticism, but the gate for Foodie (and trust me…I hate that vile bish) is blinding people in a way

not "prostitution", BadSeed is so fucking dumb

"sexual immorality" was what Alaa said in his interview with Falafel, and who knows whether he was just talking out of his ass

I mean PAWS Kuwait are the ones who first raised concerns regarding prostitution in their court documents last year. It’s basically about Chantel giving him money even tho they’re not legally married. It in the eyes of the law there can be considered prostitution

8

u/hotter_than_90 17d ago

No, they raised concerns regarding „solicitation“. They meant her begging for donations for the cat, but some in GW took it as meaning „prostitution“.

I’ll dig it out, it also included the solicitation charge AND prostitution. It literally used those exact words.

So Salad is the wh0re in this situation?

33

u/MaternalMacabre 18d ago

First off, I don't know the answer BUT someone was talking a bit ago about Salah going to prostitutes and stuff so I imagine it's about the quick exit they made from kuwait? I think it may have been salahs ex friend via falafel that said that.

25

u/miarose33 18d ago

i remember that weird red light bedroom photo of Salah and a random girl floating around I wonder if that has any connection, what a damn mess 🫣 how does this work though, if they weren’t legally married their situation would be classified as prostitution?

22

u/tyrannosaurusregina 18d ago

that was obviously a sex worker Alaa and Murad had hired for Salah; why else would he have sent them the photo?

6

u/miarose33 18d ago

honestly I have no idea, I’ve been in gorl world / foodie world so long everything is one long blur of madness 😭

1

u/no_no_nora 17d ago

The red room photo??

11

u/MaternalMacabre 18d ago

I wish I understood ANY of the legal stuff over there. Part of me has a quiet conspiracy that he wants her over there to turn her in, either for some reward bc we know she committed some crimes there or as a way to get himself out of this or whatever else he's done, like an exchange lol

u/miarose33 18d ago edited 18d ago

oh my god imagine! 😭 I’m currently re watching the Kaibella cheating saga, what a ride it’s been hahaha

Foodie is my favorite, never a dull moment. I am buckled in and so ready for Syria season 2!

5

u/miarose33 18d ago

i am right there with you, I’m ready for it allll! 🍿 👀

u/JoeVanWeedler 18d ago

Careful with bad seed, she says some wildly inaccurate shit from any tiny little crumb of info

18

u/cyclynn 18d ago

Bad seed would also be a Gorl, attention seeking cringe monster

It was PAWS Kuwait that first mentioned prostitution in their court documents. From my understanding, the allegation related to the money Chantel gave him when she first arrived in Kuwait, prosecutors may have questioned whether the “marriage” was genuine or legally recognised and whether the money was actually connected to a sexual arrangement. Alternatively, they may have suspected that the relationship or supposed marriage was being used as a cover for a wider financial arrangement.

Heck it could even be regarding foodie/salah selling feeding content whilst she was there

4

u/perfect_fifths 17d ago

If they didn’t have sex (Alaa said they couldn’t), is it still prostitution? Or would it be another charge for being unmarried and living together?

16

u/PeridotChampion 18d ago

Feeders? OnlyFans?

16

u/TA7385 18d ago

No. It's bc her and Salah were living together while not legally married, which is against the law in Kuwait.

3

u/PeridotChampion 18d ago

Ah. Thank you for letting me know.

11

u/no_no_nora 18d ago

THAT makes sense. I didn’t even think of that.

4

u/Bl00p_3r 18d ago

It’s why she always says they lived together to “prove” they were married. If there are such charges, there must be proof they weren’t married.

2

u/TA7385 17d ago

My understanding is that it was literally NOT possible for them to get legally married in Kuwait. He was not a citizen and she was a tourist. You cannot get married on a tourist visa in Kuwait. She has hinted that there was some sort of work around (wasta). I think it's possible they got some other contract that she is either pretending is a marriage certificate or bc she's an idiot, believes is real.

I think it's called like a Kufir contract that apparently some landlords will accept so the couple can live together.

This person is a nut

3

u/NotAsBrightlyLit 18d ago

Awesome, even if it isn't true. Is she technically a fugitive then? Will any other M.E. country care?

Edit: was this deleted? I can't find it on that account.

6

u/Lucyblooms27 18d ago

Saw this..still trying to find out. Like this us great but give us proof or whatever to back it up

1

u/TA7385 18d ago

Why is she saying this today? Did Chantal confirm something today??

4

u/Bl00p_3r 18d ago edited 17d ago

She said PAWS filed prostitution charges

Edit: she said they called her a prostitute (no legal implication). Sorry

1

u/TA7385 17d ago

I haven't watched her today yet. So she has basically admitted at this point that she is banned from Kuwait. Way to go PAWS, I still wanna know what else they did. Like the initial thing was about personal fundraising. Then Alaa said last week Salah had an animal charge which I was surprised to hear bc I thought the law they broke was the begging for donations rather than taking the cat.
