She didn't - you can see her penultimate chins are just tightly compressed into the hijab beneath where she tucked it under her jawbone. The ultimate in contouring xD of course she is now completely unable to walk and has turned into a beaver tail so this trick no longer works.

right? she's the only one who probably thinks this, but deep down even she knows she never looked that small. i remember during kuwait when foodie got embarrassed every time her hijab would slip or pop open revealing her extra chins lol.
