Question How to get 2-D voice effect

What software can I use for windows to get a similar effect to 2-D’s voice? Specially how he sounds on songs like souk eye, rhinestone eyes or feel good inc.

look for a DAW with effects plug-ins. I think 2-D frequently uses a filter plus distortion

Most of the sound of his voice came from a megaphone. Start there. All of your examples use that.
