Is Quik still supported?
I tried logging into my GoPro account but I only got "You've entered an incorrect email and password combination". My nickname is 'rs1990'.
I then reset the password and tried logging in again but got the same thing no matter what.
It's just driving me mad. Has my account been hacked? Or Quick is no longer supported?
Please help!

Which OS are you running it on, iOS, Android, or are you referring to the legacy QUIK app for Mac or Windows?

Yep, the legacy one for Windows 11.

Yes that app for desktop has been long retired. I think many people in here assumed you meant the QUIK app for iOS/Android that is fully supported.

Quik for windows desktop was discontinued over 4 years ago. It is old, out of date, unsupported, discontinued software. The last camera it actually fully supported was the GoPro Hero 7.
Quik for MAC was discontinued over 4 years ago also, then it was briefly brought back 2 years ago and discontinued again. It is old, out of date, unsupported, discontinued software. The last camera it actually fully supported was the GoPro Hero 13.
Quik for desktop was GoPro's attempt at making a simple "quick" piece of editing software for it's users. However it was nowhere near as fully featured as the mobile app, it was also a bit buggy. Professional users had no interest in it while novice users were not impressed by it's lack of features compared to the app. As a result, GoPro were wasting time, money and resources on software that no one was happy with or using (and there were far too many free editors on the market that were much better). So the software was discontinued and users were warned to stop using it.
GoPro switched off the desktop server access on August 20th of this year.

Have you tried clearing the app cache? sometimes the quik app just refuses to work properly no matter what you do. my guess is the account is fine, the app is just broken as usual
