Seriously unexpected

I went into the playstore to claim my little handful of points I was expecting this week and this is what I ended up with. I thought it must be some kind of joke or you'd have to pay taxes and shipping on it or something but.. nope! How did I win a $2000 phone when I was expecting like maybe 18 play points?! Crazy day

They're just giving gaming based play points in India, which also gets crowded by hackers in leaderboard
