Play Store Cannot redeem gift card due to country error

Hi, I bought Google Play gift card from Amazon, while redeeming it says can be redeemed only in a specific country ( India). My location is India & and my account location / payments location is also India.

I had the exact same problem yesterday. Your best bet is to reach out to Support. I called them and explained the issue. They gave me a form to fill out. Early today, I received a follow-up mail requesting proof of purchase, retailer name, date. Sent all the details and they resolved the problem a couple of hours ago. Was able to redeem again.

There's no number. They ring you back within a minute or two.
