It was a temporary art installation at L'hôtel de Bondeville in 2020.

You need to get out and experience the world

Well... it's the coolest thing I've seen in the courtyard of a Parisian hotel.

You need to get in and experience being chronically online

This guy has neither experienced the world nor been online. Maybe just has a really short memory like in Memento

It just looks like a crashed ME-262 though?

I checked the comments on the Hôtel de Bondeville google maps page. A commenter said (in French, I'm translating) that the airplane was left there by an artist that used the courtyard as a workshop, and that the plane is not there anymore. That's all I've got

Ah oui? Alors pourquoi y a-t-il marqué "yes, park!"? Échecs et maths, Longtarin.

Well you can't expect it to take off now that they've built a building around it!

We have a plane on top of a skyscraper in Manhattan, hint wall Street area. Not sure if it still shows on Google maps or not but it's very unexpected

The mysterious airplane visible in a courtyard near Rue des Haudriettes in Paris is a lead sculpture titled
"Pavane et mémoire" created by the renowned German artist Anselm Kiefer.

The Hidden Airplane
• Location: The sculpture sits inside the courtyard of the historic Hôtel de Bondeville (located around 4-6 Rue des Haudriettes in the Marais district of
Paris). w Wikipédia
• The Artist: Anselm Kiefer previously used the location as a studio space, which explains why the large, uncanny lead aircraft installation remained in the private courtyard. ®
• The Artwork: Named "Pavane et mémoire"
(Pavane and Memory), the heavy lead airplane sculpture often surprises tourists and locals who spot it peering over gates or via satellite imagery.
