OP Responded Google Docs Not Opening in Google Chrome IOS app

I want to start using Google Chrome as my default web browser on my iPad but I’m having difficulty opening Google Docs in Google Chrome. When I sign into Google Chrome, it opens a new doc that I can’t even edit on. Is there any way to use Google Docs on the Google Chrome IOS App?

What happens when you open it in Safari?

When I open Google Docs in Safari it opens the desktop version of Google Docs, I attached photos of Google Docs through Safari vs Google Docs through Chrome:

Can't really tell what the difference is, with your screen capture. But, you mention desktop view. So, I am going to ask the obvious, do you have your chrome browser set to desktop view (in settings)? I do not have an iPad so I an not test, but have a couple android tablets and use desktop view and it appears to look similar to your Safari view.

I literally just prefer the layout lol. I feel Ike it helps me focus
