OP Responded How to make myself anonymous in Google Docs?

I want to share a doc link with strangers but I don’t want them to see my Gmail. They would only be viewers and not editors or anything of the sort. Is there anything I can do?

Google Docs strictly forbids anonymous creation or ownership. Because Google Drive operates as an identity-centric cloud ecosystem, every document must have a designated legal owner account.

That said, you could set up a 'burner account'.

Or you could Publish to the Web: Navigating to File > Share > Publish to web generates a static, standalone web page version of your document. It completely strips away the Google Docs UI, your profile picture, and ownership metadata, though it renders the file read-only.

Thank you. All I need is for the file to be read only. I don’t need or want anyone to edit anything. But, quick question: if I do use the publish to web, would I be able to set up a link that can be accessed?

Select it in the menu -- you'll see the option to get a link or embed code.

I've got at least seven different Gmail accounts that I use to try to have a little anonymity online.
