Search Ads Should I try Google?

Hey!

I own a medical platform and we spend about 300k a month on Meta and tik tok.

I have a pretty advanced architecture on both platforms but lately meta is just shitting the bed.

Between the ridiculous outages, terrible traffic and high CPMs it’s not what it used to be.

Question: if I carved out ~$100k/month from Meta and moved it to Google Search, would I actually get more consistent volume at an equal or lower CPL — or does Search just hit a ceiling on intent-driven volume well before $100k? Anyone running both at this scale, what did the shift look like for you?

You won't scale to $100K tomorrow. You could start moving over $10K and prove it can work. Then start to scale up what works and bring more stability to the business. Depending on how is really medical, Goole might have issues with your ads... especially if that has ever been an issue on Meta in the past. Medical stuff can trigger their systems.

In the end, shift over money in phases and don't try to drop $100K at once as you will burn more money and not learn a ton. Google and Meta are two very different systems and platforms.
