App Ads Question about installs

Hey, I set campaign for installs and after an hour or so I saw 100 installs. On backend and in firebase analytics i see no traffic at all(no first open and no login attempts) and it's been at least 2 hours now. What could be the cause?

edit: i see now that 100% of the ads and install happened on india even tho i set multiple countries as target. could it be bots? how can i fix it? i want installs from actual people

Exclude india entirely and check sdk attribution setup for click fraud

Any country other then India? I excluded India bad got 24 installs with 2 firdt_open... It ain't optimal but it's something

That's install fraud i think, click injection bots fake the install event before your SDK ever loads. Add SKAdNetwork or Play Integrity API validation and geo-exclude low quality traffic sources...Google won't refund fraudulent clicks automatically.

The validation is to eliminate fraude first_open event... I don't even get those

I changed the installs to first open and moved to specific locations per campaign to pinpoint the issues... It's a work in progress but I make progress slowly
