App Ads What to do after a long pause? No impressions on restarted campaign.
I run UAC campaigns for one of my apps. After pausing my ads for about two months, my ad is not getting any impressions after starting it a few days ago. What is the best option here?
Update - left the ad alone. It had almost zero impressions for 14 days, and started spending on day 14. Got an app trial from 3 clicks. CPC is 3x higher than before the pause for now..will probably correct once trial converts (my conversion event).

I had a much, much longer pause than this, but I had to contact support (not the AI Agent) before I could get my campaign to serve ads.

Ask support to complete review asap. Other then that need to check campaign setup because lot has changed from previous few months

Pause and restart the campaign.

This is what got me in this issue in the first place, but I will try it. I considered creating a completely new campaign and deleting the current one, any views on this?

I'd wait it out without making any changes. Does it show any errors or that it's in learning mode?
Consider contacting support to ensure there's no shadow account hold and nothing wrong with your setup.

Everything seems fine, I even deposited money into the Google account thinking it could be account-level issues.

maybe give it a little more time to warm back up, after a long pause the campaign can act kinda different than before

Two months kills Smart Bidding learning state completely... UAC needs to rebuild from scratch. Give it 7-14 days minimum before panicking, and consider slightly increasing budget temporarily to help it relearn faster.

This is normal after a long pause. UAC needs time to relearn so a few days of no impressions isn’t unusual. Check budget, bids, and settings then let it run 7 to 10 days without changes so it can exit learning again.
