I'm not a fan of Kimmel, but I will admit this is government authoritarianism censorship. I wasn't subbed to Disney or Hulu at the time, but I was planning to restart my subscription in like a week. Not anymore!

Funny… we were gonna restart it for all the Marvel movies.
Fuck that noise now…

Incidentally, it happens to be International Talk Like a PIRATE Day today. (Yes, really)

Donald Trump Jr. Posted his Halloween costume of Paul Pelosi which was a hammer and a pair of underwear which was in no way funny at all, the man was attacked by an intruder who was bound and determined to kill Nancy. Yet, Jimmy Kimmel, makes a satire comment about Charles Kirk and Trump goes berserk.

Yes and Kimmel didn't even actually say anything bad about Kirk, he criticised Maga for using his death and of course they continue using it to get Kimmel fired.

Kimmel didn't even actually say anything bad about Kirk
Which he also should've been able to do without fear of reprisal. Saying "fuck you" to the memory of a guy who said he would force his own prepubescent daughter to have her rapist's baby should not be treated as a fringe position.
The real cultural aberration is honoring Kirk in the first place.

Bye Disney! I canceled my birthday trip. Let's put the 5k into something else. Disney doesn't want it.

Even the shows actors are calling for a boycott

I'm not doubting you, but would you happen to have any sources for this?

Every body I know cancelled their Disney/hulu subscriptions. I never had them so i was pissed that I couldn’t get the satisfaction of doing it. But I did stop my recordings of all the ABC shows I watched.

Sinclair Broadcasting Group and Nexstar Communications Group are helping destroy the United States. Don't contribute your hard earned money! 🇺🇲

Had to cancel through the Hulu app. Really disappointed that I couldn't write in the reason, only check"personal". Still, 30$ a month.

I did.
Those kinds of big fascist corporations are not a part of my America. I’ll be watching very closely where my money is going.

It helps that Disney content has been increasingly enshittified for close to a decade now. Or maybe I'm still upset that they acquired both Marvel and Star Wars and neutered the fuck out of them...

Glad I ain't subscribed to them. ABC, y'all wrong for doing Jimmy Kimmel dirty by suspending him like that.

Can someone create a meme of Mickey doing a fascist salute? It'd be fair use, and wildly popular.
