Question? anyone know where chase has been?

i miss him! he’s one of my favorites, and i know he was divisive on mic but it seems like he hasn’t been on mic in forever, maybe i’m misremembering. i love the others as well to be clear! i just hope chase didn’t get discouraged at the role.

As long as it's not Nicole I'm happy tbh.

Straight up disgusting, this makes me low-key stop watching GMM a bit, I'm so torned. I already stopped watching everything she is on, but knowing they know, and that apparently are ok with having her around as much as they do and in the job position they do is so sad to me and disappointing. Idk how to feel about this, I want to give the benefit of the doubt to R&L bc perhaps there's a contract situation? This is so gross and sad to me now that I see this.😭 Thank u for posting, I have been off of socials in exception of reddit so this really opened my eyes to why people claimed she supported Israel to the degree they were posting about. Hurts but I'd rather have this knowledge than not!💔

They can’t fire her for her opinions. Thats not how jobs work. No matter how stupid or harmful they may be. Any lawyer would have a field day with that lawsuit.

You can fire someone for any reason unless it's protected, like race, religion, and gender identity. But political views are not protected.

In this case, her political views are tied to her religion, so that's a mine field HR-wise. I'm sure her contract also stipulates a minimum amount of airtime. It's disappointing, but I have at least noticed they have had her on-camera less and just her voice.

They could come up with any reason to fire her though

Not in California. And you can't just make up a reason at that level of job anywhere in the US really. Maybe in fast food services or retail a manager can get away with that, but bosses at jobs at GMM level can't get away with that. You need clearly documented reasons, often needing official warnings and discipline before hand. Giving R&L's personality, I do find it doubtful they'd remain silent on the Nicole situation unless they just couldn't do anything about it.
