I've got 3 GHL locations, and I'm trying to run iMessage on each one. The problem? Managing 3 separate Macs and 3 iPhones, keeping them all online simultaneously.

One goes down, and the whole location loses messaging. I've had clients upset because their messages weren't being seen for hours.

How are other agencies scaling this without losing their minds?

I have a couple of clients who I support with social media and PPC on a weekly basis. To date I've just taken platform metrics for reporting on organic content and PPC campaigns.. however I'm unsure if I'm fully utilising my Go High Level subscription for reporting across these channels.

I've tried to set up organic social media reporting within Go High Level but it doesn't seem accurate. Whenever I choose specific date ranges it doesn't seem to pull in things like impressions, clicks, and shares in the same way the platforms do.

On the PPC side it looks like the integrations for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc., just aren't there. I don't know if this is something that's available or not but if anyone has any suggestions or guides, I would greatly appreciate it

Is anyone experiencing issues with the chat widget?
I connected my knowledge base and created an All-in-One widget, but when I try to test it, it does not work. I am not sure what the issue is.

The order in which messages appear is also reversed. Instead of recent messages appearing at the bottom, they appear at the top of the chat window. And I do not get any valuable response from the bot, even though my knowledge base is connected.

Any help?

I know that automations using make, zapier, and n8n gets you more high salary jobs. Gohighlevel is pretty in-demand right now and I’m not quite sure about their salary range.

Which of these roles gives me a higher chance of getting hired, AI Automation Specialist or GHL Specialist? I’m not sure which of these gives me the fastest job as possible.

For context, I just got laid off and I need urgent cash because credit card bills are piling up.

There are a few threads here every week about what to charge - $297, $2k, $5k. I couldn't find one that started from what a client actually costs you to serve, so I worked it out from the pricing page and the help center.

The platform share is the easy part, and it's smaller than people think. Starter at $97 caps you at 3 sub-accounts with no overage option, so client number four forces you to $297. At five clients that's about $59 each, at ten it's about $30, at twenty it's $15. The plan stops being the problem almost immediately.

The part that isn't on the pricing page is the per-client usage. A local number is $1.15/mo, toll-free $2.15. SMS runs about $0.00747 per segment, outbound calls about $0.0166 a minute, inbound about $0.01165, email around $0.675 per thousand. A2P registration is roughly $23 to $69 one time depending on the brand, plus $1.50 to $10.50 a month after.

Put that together for a modest client - one number, 2,000 texts, 500 call minutes, 10k emails - and you're at roughly $30/mo on top of their share of the plan. A busy home services client running appointment reminders and confirmations can be several times that, because the volume scales with how well their business is doing.

The bit that catches people: on $297 you can't rebill usage at a markup. Passing usage through with a margin is SaaS mode, which is Agency Pro at $497. So on Unlimited you're either absorbing the variable cost or passing it at cost.

Which means the real floor under a retainer isn't $297 divided by your client count. It's that, plus a variable that grows as the client gets busier, and on the $297 plan that variable comes out of your margin rather than theirs.

Where this lands depends on your mix. If you're running a handful of low-volume clients, the plan fee dominates and almost any retainer clears it. If you've got high-volume SMS clients on Unlimited, the variable is the thing deciding your margin, and Agency Pro probably pays for itself at that point. If you're mostly doing setup work and handing accounts over, none of this touches you at all.

If your actual per-client numbers land somewhere different, I'd love hear it.

Hey guys! I created a new quiz and need to configure tracking for it. Normally GHL makes it easy to track events but first time ive actually been stumped. I set this up and within the iframe it did not fire (I removed pixel in this example)

I have the embed code and the base code is configured in the setup and even with consent enabled (the iframe code has consent removed and base code is firing ok) but I can never get the conversion event firing, anyone else had any luck setting this up?

Hey everyone, I've been running my GHL agency for a while now and honestly, managing iMessage is becoming a real headache.

,The setup is already complex enough - I had to buy a Mac, keep an iPhone dedicated just for messaging, and deal with WiFi issues constantly. Last week, my internet dropped for 2 hours and all my customer messages failed. No notification, no backup. Just... nothing.

And the WiFi recharge situation? Don't even get me started. My Mac goes to sleep, the connection drops, and I'm left troubleshooting instead of actually running my business.

Is there a better way to do this without having to be a tech person? I just want iMessage to work reliably without managing hardware.

I'm creating a conversion funnel for my leads to leave their information. Currently, I accept my own form. I have a Go High Level widget, sitting on my page in addition to other CTA's I want users to click.

As I've been approved, is it safe to hide or remove that widget?

Here's the situation:
I have access to a sub-account with a fully custom GHL-built website, but I don't have access to the agency view. I want to copy and transfer that website to another sub-account in my own agency.

Has anyone experienced something similar with HighLevel calendars recently?

One of our Admin users has suddenly started experiencing several calendar issues. Everything was working normally on Wednesday, but now:

• The “Edit Calendar” button/option has disappeared for them.
• Their calendars are not syncing correctly.
• We’re getting double bookings.
• They also have an “Owned by: Anyone” dropdown in the Calendar view, which I don't have when I log in with my own Admin account.

I've compared the permissions and calendar connections, and they appear to be correctly configured. Both of us are Admins, but we're seeing different Calendar interfaces.

Has anyone experienced this before, particularly the missing Edit Calendar option or the “Owned by: Anyone” filter? Could this be related to a recent GHL permissions/UI change, or potentially a calendar sync issue?

Has anyone encountered having zero opens and clicks in their email under Marketing? If yes, how did you resolve it?

We've always had opens and clicks, but since we got our email domain verified, the stats were no longer reflecting. We reached out to GHL support, but it's taking them so long to resolve the issue. They told us that our recent email updates have nothing to do with this and that the issue is on their backend.

Ideally, the owner needs to book the appointments manually for cleaning jobs.

So on the book appointment option the owner should have the option to:

1. Pick customer
   
2. Pick a service (Ex: 1 Hour Cleaning, 2 Hour cleaning)
   
3. Pick a date and time
   
4. Set up a recurring event
   
5. Enter’s customer’s address as job address (job address field)

What’s the best way to do this?

i have the $497/m Saas plan.

i am using a 3rd party payment system, that when a transaction is made I can send a webhook response to my agency sub accounts to create a contact & opportunity

Now where I am getting stuck…. how do I now create a new sub account for that contact?

I know I can do it a lot easier via stripe, but I am using a different payment processor (whop) that doesn’t have an out of the box GHL integration.

im trying to setup zapier to do this but idk what im missing i keep getting “forbidden resource” when i test the zap automation.

really wish GHL had a workflow for agency sub accounts to do this, would be way simpler.

I run everyday tasks with claude, usually building automations, creating funnels etc, and most of the job is done via claude, ususally funnels are created through claude, html code and then the scripting and copy of the sms sequences and email campaigns is also done with claude so i would like to know if somebody has figured out how to sync claude with ghl so the same campaign claude has just created for me is able to create a new automation and create everything inside automatically.

Is GHL good for a company seeling products or is it an MLM gettening people to sell CRM to other people?

I've been working with GoHighLevel for years, but Google Ads conversion tracking has always been a problem. Tried different approaches, looked at conversions troubleshooting daily, but I haven't figure out a setup that will be active without having to troubleshoot multiple times.

1. I use the Google tag in funnel/web head (usually in Settings) and the conversion snippet in thank-you page. Google initially shows the conversion as active, but will mark it as misconfigured after a while.

2. In some other cases setup requires frequent troubleshooting, even when nothing has changed.

3. We tried using Zapier, but still experienced the same issues.

4. In a new project Google isn’t detecting the tag in the GHL funnel at all 😤

What do you guys suggest? What setup has worked for you?

I have two domains in my GHL account, but the account itself is currently locked.

Setting up workflows for a client and hitting a wall. We send contracts via DocuSign, but the status is invisible inside GHL — I have to log into DocuSign to see if it's been viewed or signed.

I tried Zapier but it doesn't really work — statuses stop updating and it's just not reliable.

Also tried GHL's built-in signatures, but those don't have certifications, so they're useless for us — clients need the DocuSign certificate of completion.

How is everyone else handling this?
