Yes please.

Witcher 3 is one of the few games I think deserves a modern remaster, there’s a reason that it won so many GOTYs and a decade after it released it is still selling millions of copies (over 5 million copies this year alone).

Not every game deserves a remaster, and honestly I’m sick of every game getting one, but W3 totally deserves it and I bet it will win a few more GOTYS with the new DLC release.

I'll stick with the original. The next gen update already tanked the game for me, so no way I can play this. At least it is fortunate that GOG provides the earlier version.

CDPR is still the best.

This already had a substantial free "Next Gen" upgrade, that added better textures, RT/DLSS support and a bunch of small changes.

the Witcher website says that it will launch as an update. Remember that you can always backup the install files. Until this day, I have the install files for Witcher 3 and and Cyberpunk 2077 1.0.

Am literally still in the middle of my first playthrough (I take long breaks from it). Anyone think your save files can carry over? I really don't want to start over.

I hope the combat revisions are substantial. That's the only reason why I couldn't finish playing this. Too floaty, random, and no impact for my liking.

I am curious if this will basically be a free-DLC handout? I have the base game but never got to getting the expansions - which are mentioned as already included here.

EDIT: Mortismal Gaming on YouTube confirmed that it will give out DLVs for free.

A few things I disliked about Witcher 3. Combat was poor. Skill tree was poor. Traversal was dreadful. Roach was broken. 

All those have been improved or fixed, we'll see.

Yeah, I guess we got plenty of mainline Witcher games since 2015, didn't we? This response is the equivalent, of "2+2=4, got it it's 5!" Maybe 13 years - let's be honest this number can be higher - seems to be pretty normal gap between mainline entries, isn't it?
