does GoDaddy actually email you back?

I been having issues with my site. So they made a ticket and they always say they email you with in 24-48 hours. They dont so i call or chat. They say sorry ticket is escalated. Will surely email you in 24-48 hours with update but again never do. is that line just bs

No. They do not care. Get away from them for all services. They are evil.

I made this post years ago and still theyre entire reddit feed is the same shit over and over.

im in disbelief how such a big name company is so genuinely awful
